Products returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase will be eligible for a full refund
Delivery & Stock
Delivery is free for all product to UK mainland addresses. Additional charges will apply for highlands and islands, please contact us for a quote (we promise it won't be excessive, just a little to cover the courier fees)

We aim to hold stock at all times, however at times of high demand we may need to ask for your understanding. If we have stock, we aim to ship within 3-5 working days. If the product you want shows as out of stock, but you would like to secure your product, please send us an email to lock in your place in the queue
How do you quality check your products?
Quality is at the forefront of our business. All our deionsation systems and associated parts are assembled and machined in-house by our own fair hands. As we touch every part and piece we can fully assess every product before release to our customers, thereby offering a quality assurance like few others
Do you test the products before dispatch?
Yes, all deionisation systems we sell are pressure tested before dispatch and have been designed we careful thought as to how each joint should seal to provide the lowest possible chance of leaks occurring. We do however recognise water under pressure can occasionally lead to leaks, this is part of the game. To mitigate this we provide a comprehensive assembly and leak-busting guide, and we are of course available for questions via our contact email
